Part 1: The Artwork
وَهُوَ ٱلْخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ
For He is the Master Creator, All-Knowing. (Yaseen, 81)

Notice the long and precise extension from the letter عَ to the letter ل that beautifully fills the upper level.

Signature & Date
Signature: "نمقه حلیم" (Namaqahu Halim) translates to "Written by Halim."
Date: The date at the bottom, written in Hijri, is: "١٣٤٣" (1343), corresponding to the year 1924-1925.
